Entering our Giveaways, what we look for and how to make sure you won’t be disqualified for your entries in our Giveaways.
Here is a great video on the Rafflecopter Blog that shows you how to enter giveaways using Rafflecopter: CLICK HERE TO WATCH
In order for your Facebook “Likes” to be counted in Rafflecopter Giveaway entries, you must have your Likes Public. When we choose someone as a winner and cannot verify all their entries, including the Facebook likes, you can be disqualified as a winner and we’d be forced to move on to yet another winner.
If you are asked to post on facebook, a share or anything, here is how you share with me the post:
Underneath your name on that post is a time stamp, click on that and it will take you to the URL and directly to that post. Copy that URL and include it in a comment on the blog.
How to Make Sure your Facebook Likes are Public:
Here is how you can change your Facebook Likes to Public and help your entries all qualify for a win in our giveaways:
Go to your page, by clicking on your name.
Click on the “Update Info” on your timeline… this defaults to “About” so scroll down and
Scroll down and Click on “Likes”
Click on “Edit”
Now you will see a list of your likes, starting with your favorite Music, Movies, Interests etc…
Scroll down to the place just below “Inspirational People” where you will see “other pages you like”
This is where you set the privacy setting to “public” if you wish to use the extra entries for Rafflecopter Giveaways.
Here too, if you are chosen by Rafflecopter’s 3rd Party Randomizer, we will make sure your entries are all qualifying entries. So we need a link to your Tweet in Twitter, if you claim the extra points for Tweeting in the giveaway.
Place the link to your Tweet in the Rafflecopter for us to verify your entry. If we are not able to verify your entry, you will be disqualified.
Do not keep linking in your daily tweet entries to the very same tweet URL or you will be disqualified
How to Find the direct URL to Your Tweet:
Find the tweet on your twitter account, click on that tweet. When the tweet expands you will then see Details, click on that. Copy the URL from the top of your browser address box, this is what you copy and paste to your Tweet This entries in Rafflecopter. By the way, this is a permanent URL to that tweet and it will not disappear, unless you delete that Tweet.
